My Classes
My ‘drop in’ mat based classes aren’t focused on doing headstands or trying to get your feet behind your head. I believe that slowing down and settling the mind is the best way to gain momentum, my classes incorporate some breath work and warm up stretches before moving slowly through a unique combination of Hatha and Yin yoga techniques. Together we explore gentle movements and allow time for quality stretches. The breath work helps to calm the mind and promote relaxation.
My yoga studies include Hatha, Prenatal, Yin, Chair, Kids yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga & Yoga4Health training. Yoga4Health is a 10 week social prescribing
program For NHS patients:
- With stress, anxiety or mild to moderate depression,
- Who are at risk of type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease
- Who are suffering from social isolation.
Funding is required to run this program free for the service users, if you know where I could apply for it, please get in touch! With appreciation.
What's Available?
Corporate Yoga
A 30-45 minute desk yoga session can be done at your workplace, no equipment is needed, and you don’t need to change from your work clothes. Spending long hours at a desk can be tense on the neck and shoulders, desk yoga poses can help to release tension and help clam the mind. Why not suggest it to your HR or staff wellness manager?


Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is offered on the weekly drop in schedule. I also teach chair yoga in residential homes and charities that work with people who have brain injuries. Chair yoga is a fantastic workout solution for re-building body strength and balance, and it can be done by anyone able to get into a seated position.
Yoga Retreats & Experiences
I run Yoga Experiences in unique places, these are always deeply relaxing and a great way to relax, self-indulge and connect with like-minded people. Regular weekend retreats are run at Manse on the Beach in Cloughey. Or if you have the space at home or a location you love, we could create a yoga experience there. I have all the mats and props needed. Lets talk, create & do yoga.


Kids Yoga
Keeping kids healthy is the one of the best ways to support the NHS. Did you know that 80% of people that end up in A&E have conditions that could have been prevented by healthier lifestyle choices. Does your local school offer Yoga to kids? If not get in touch, I love to teach the little ones yoga & mindfulness.
